I can’t view the venue map

The reason that you can’t view the venue map (Maps of the venues) relates to the settings of your computer. This can be checked by opening the site http://www.googlemaps.com. If this site also gives you problems with displaying the maps correctly, then your computer probably doesn’t have the latest java installs.

I still want to receive information about conferences but my details have changed

Please email us or contact the conferences team by email to or by phone on 0845 056 8339 who will be able to amend your details on our database

I’m experiencing difficulties trying to register on your site

If you are experiencing difficulties registering please contact our Customer Services team on 0845 056 8339 who will be able to complete the registration for you.

I haven’t received a confirmation after registering

You should receive an email or receive a letter in the post once you have completed the registration process. If you do wish to speak to someone please contact the Customer Service team on 0845 056 8339 who will be happy to confirm your registration and send a duplicate confirmation. 

Obtaining a copy invoice

A copy invoice can be requested by email to or by telephoning +44 (0)1733 213800.  Please include the name of the delegate, company name and conference title if you are sending an email.

I no longer wish to receive information from you

Please email us or contact our conference team by email to or by phone on 0845 056 8339 who will be able to take your details off our database.

I would like to receive information about future conferences

Please email us or contact the customer service team by email to or by phone on 0845 056 8339 who will be able to ensure you receive information of relevant conferences.

When should I pay for the conference?

Payment must be received by us before the date of the conference. If payment is not recieved, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment on the day.

Conference Payment

Payment can be made online by credit card. If you do not wish to pay with a credit card there is an option to invoice through the online booking process.

How can I pay?

You can pay by the following methods;

Credit cards - safely and securely online with the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Diners club.  You will be asked for your card information and security code towards the end of your booking.

Invoice - you will also have the option to receive an invoice towards the end of your booking, just select the ‘invoice me’ option and this will be sent to you within 7-10 working days of receiving your booking.

Cheque - all cheques to be made out to ‘Emap Conferences’ and sent with the conference name and booking form/confirmation, to the following address:

Bank Transfer - please contact our customer services department on 0845 056 8339, between Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, where one of our customer services advisors will be able to provide you with information on this. 

Dietary requirements

We provide vegetarian options at our conferences, but please inform via the Contact Us page if you have any other dietary requirements.

What does the conference fee include?

The conference fee includes entry to the keynote address on the 26th November, and both conference streams, catered lunch and refreshments on the 27th and 28th November. Further sponsored activities such as product launches and screenings will also be included and announced later this year. Some of these ancillary events may be by invite only and are not automatically included in the delegate rate.

How do I get to the venue?

Details of the conference venue can be found on our venue page. You will also receive venue details in your conference information, including address, telephone number, web site and map. 

When will I receive confirmation that I am registered?

Written confirmation will be sent to you via email or the post. You should receive this 3-5 working days after registration. 

Does my registration fee include accommodation?

The cost of the hotel and accommodation is not covered in the conference registration fee. Details are included on our venue page. 

Delegate Substitutions

You may substitute delegates at any time. All substitutions must be made in writing to us by email to or fax: +44 (0)20 7728 5299. Please include full contact details of the current delegate’s details together with the full contact details of the substitute delegate. Confirmation will be sent to the new delegate.

You will be charged a cancellation fee, for more information please refer to the Customer Services team. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to or fax to +44(0)20 7728 5299. You may send a substitute delegate at any time.
